 NEW TO HEARTS... ZumbAtomic. An explosion of music, dance and energy.

ZumbAtomic is specially designed for children between the ages of 4 and 12.

The goal is to provide a fun, healthy program that allows children to incorporate more physical activity into their lives and to promote a healthy lifestyle with the use of kid friendly songs, dances and actions.

Hearts will be running "little starz" (ages 4-7) from 3.45pm on Tuesdays and "big starz" (ages 8-12) from 4.30pm on Tuesdays.

The cost is $8 per child per class or by 10 for $65

Creche

Child minding available with excellent toys in a room only used for the creche. We offer this service to assist in making your workout as relaxing & convenient as possible for both you & your children.

Open from Monday to Friday: 9.00am till 12.00noon and Saturday from 8.30am till 10.30am
